248 glass-blown ibis lighting sculpture suspended over the main entrance of the Lennar Foundation Medical Center. “The Uplifting U” was inspired by Architect Richard Jones and Lily Castañer Design Architect and Curator of Ibis Dichroic glass a technic she learned during her Master Studies in Firenze Italy.

The Ibis when lite in the evening turns into the U Brand, can been seen from across the Coral Gables Metro Rail.
